La Fattoria, Butcher shop founded by Ciro Veneruso in 1989, continues in its climb to excellence by contacting Epta to implement the restyling project of its store which has grown from a small shop in Portici to become a mecca for all meat lovers of the Neapolitan province.

Reference point in terms of passion and treatment of the raw material, La Fattoria boasts experience gained from generations in the zootechnical sector, which Ciro Veneruso has been able to enhance at his new breeding farm in the province of Benevento. A guarantee of absolute control over the supply chain: from the balanced, nutrient-rich diet given to the animals, to their correct slaughtering and to the selection and storage of meat, to satisfy the requests of even the most demanding consumer.

The secret behind the quality of the product range of the butcher shop in Campania resides in an artisanal processing of single cuts, combined with an increasing creativity and gastronomic experimentation, thanks to the contribution made by his siblings to their father's business.

 

FROM FARM TO FORK: COSTAN AND EUROCRYOR ARE AN ODE TO MEAT FRESHNESS

The most advanced technological solutions of the Costan and Eurocryor brands of the Etpa Group furnish La Fattoria of Ciro Veneruso, ensuring the freshness and quality of the meat.

The models installed at the store include the Bistrot refrigerated cabinet of the Eurocryor Stili family which elegantly displays the delicious varieties of meat and the gourmet preparations, increasing its attractiveness and profitability. The specialties include the best cattle breeds such as Chianina and Marchigiana, the latter marketed for the first time in Naples directly by Ciro Veneruso.

The organoleptic properties  of the raw material are accentuated by a dynamic management of refrigeration, developed ad hoc for the meat and cured meat sector and patented by Epta as Dynamic System, to maintain the intrinsic characteristics of the products throughout their lifecycle, minimising the temperature and humidity variations inside the cabinet and loss of average meat weight in 24 hours.

Store restyling is completed by the sturdy Boutique display case of the Outfit range and the GranVista Next positive vertical cabinets with remote unit of the Costan GranFit line, both rigorously in Closed version.

The first model, dedicated to cured meat and sausage, combine an essential and modern design with significant energy saving. The second verticalizes the display of meat, made absolute protagonist by the transparent glass and handles, compared with the stone of the historical store, increasing the atmosphere of freshness.
