EPTA FOR DELMAR: FOOD PROCESSING UNIT FOCUSED ON QUALITY AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
DelMar Le delizie del mare chooses Epta to renew its centre dedicated to processing fresh, frozen, smoked and packaged fishery products, vegetables, mushrooms and pasta, distributed to the operators of the Ho.Re.Ca and Retail sectors of Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Massa Carrara, La Spezia and Cinque Terre.
DelMar was in search of a partner to produce the industrial refrigeration unit for its premises in Massa Carrara, which occupies 2,100 m2 of refrigerated area, of which 850 m2 are dedicated to frozen products, 400 m2 to storage and 850 m2 to processing cold rooms. Epta has been able to respond to DelMar's need to equip itself with systems that would guarantee best product quality and, at the same time, maximum respect for the environment, offering a unit composed of two transcritical Eco2 Large Epta booster packs with two levels of evaporation. The two packs serve all areas with a crossed evaporator distribution system to guarantee maximum reliability and quality of temperature control.
