Costan presents the première of Rossini Design to the market. With a sleek and refined style, this new range epitomises elegance and contributes a touch of class to food areas, while reaffirming all the key features of the Maestri line: energy efficiency, ergonomics, ease of cleaning and servicing.

Squared and sophisticated lines drawing inspiration from the rules of contemporary minimalism are applied to some innovational details: a decorative front panel and sides designed to be flush with the glass surfaces, a dark kickplate that encourages consumer proximity and lightens the display. Also three configuration options: with square-section, tubular or no bumper rail. New features not only involve the aesthetics, but also cabinet dimensions: the semi-vertical version is now 1250 mm tall, matching the serve-over cabinets and ensuring excellent visibility of products and the entire fresh foods area.

Ideal to display and spotlight high-margin fresh products like cheese, delicatessen and dairy, the range features specific versions for meat (Ultra), pastry (PS) and hot ready dishes (Tavola Calda). The range includes different versions: with curved and straight collapsible glazing, self-serve or convertible for serve-over sales. It greatly enhances specific supermarket and hypermarket areas and can also be used to furnish specialty stores.
