Velvet N Fish can be used in both specific fish departments of stores and in the lines dedicated to gastronomy - even with a small section – integrating perfectly with the entire Velvet range.
Velvet N Fish used with TRAYS for the display of fresh fish on flake ice is exluded from Energy Labelling Regulation and no energy label is required.
